I'm seeking a Director of Digital Engineering for a full-time, remote position with a stable and growing company in the local area. This company is currently going through a technology modernization initiative and looking for leaders to that can help shape the strategy and set the course for a better tomorrow. Interested candidates should have the following skill set to be considered.

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience that includes at least 5 years in a Management role
• Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience creating and communicating a clear vision for platform engineering strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Experience with .Net, .Net Core, C#
• Experience building scalable front-end applications with React
• Experience working in a Start-up environment
