Location: New York City

Our client manages a 460+ bed hospital and a network of family health centers, medical practices, and ambulatory care sites across New York City neighborhoods. The Director of Dialysis Services oversees departmental staff activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and operational excellence to meet strategic goals. Responsibilities include employee engagement, staffing, budget management, policy development, compliance with regulations, and implementing training and operational initiatives to maintain ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• BSN degree is required; MSN degree is preferred. Candidates enrolled in a Master's program with one year or less remaining will also be considered.
• Current New York State Licensed Registered Nurse
• Current BLS certification
• 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Manager
• Progressive leadership experience in relevant areas

Work Experience

• Preference for NYC/local candidates
