Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent with health economics background.
• Experience building payer and HCP value narratives.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies to demonstrate clinical, economic, and humanistic value of dermatology products to payers and HCPs.
• Establishes relationships with key opinion leaders in managed markets and payer organizations.
• Provides scientific support to payers during formulary reviews and decision-making processes.
• Synthesizes complex data into compelling value narratives for diverse audiences.
• Plans and executes payer engagement using a scientific model aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Ensures alignment of evidence generation with product lifecycle and cross-functional teams.
• Leads educational initiatives and payer-focused programs to communicate product value and address stakeholder needs.
• Partners on development of value dossiers and economic models for payer negotiations.
• Stays updated on health policy trends and payer requirements to inform strategic planning.
