MacKenzie-Childs is seeking a Director of Product Development, Decor in Aurora, NY to lead the Core and Seasonal Décor product strategy from concept to launch. You will drive end-to-end development, collaborate closely with Design to create compelling assortments, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Development and Merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience within multi-category and/or multi-channel home businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product strategy for Core and Seasonal Décor categories.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and commercialization.
• Partner with Design to translate vision into commercially viable assortments.
• Drive SKU productivity and assortment optimization within category strategy.
• Build and manage a global vendor network and negotiate costs.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations for campaigns and product moments.
