Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent engagements within Deals Accounting and Strategic Finance to provide technical accounting and financial guidance.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of complex accounting concepts.
• Provide timely client service including development and execution of work plans and deliverables.
• Collaborate with firm specialists on complex accounting matters.
• Assist in preparation of technical memos and other client deliverables.
• Oversee engagement economics and resource management.
• Support sell-side readiness by addressing accounting gaps and reporting readiness.
• Perform transaction-related accounting analyses including business combinations and carveouts.
• Design and implement accounting policies, reporting structures, and processes.
• Support postclose accounting readiness and integration activities.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and escalate client concerns.
• Work with National Leader on go-to-market strategy and proposals.
• Develop relationships with external centers of influence to drive growth.
• Stay updated with industry publications and share relevant information.
• Ensure ongoing professional development.
• Travel up to 25% or less as needed.
