Qualifications

• Extensive experience establishing and managing data partnerships.
• Experience with data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and ensure governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and outcomes of external data partnerships, including third-party platforms, vendors, and technology solutions.
• Develop and execute the organization's data partnership strategy, including the identification of the organization's critical data needs.
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Services stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and manage external data partnerships.
• Collaborate to ensure data addresses use cases and explore AI-enabled capabilities for engagement and impact.
• Establish data quality SLAs and metrics with external data partners.
• Monitor and enforce data quality, security, and regulatory standards for external sources.
• Coordinate with data vendors and cross-functional teams to address data quality issues.
• Facilitate acquisition of data from requirements gathering through integration into systems.
• Establish oversight mechanisms for partnerships and data-sharing agreements.
• Support data stewardship practices with reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate training to promote compliant data usage and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate partnerships and technology to maintain standards across DIPP.
