You will architect data pipelines, govern data assets, and collaborate with business and tech partners to deliver scalable, secure analytics platforms.

The role blends hands-on design with team leadership, focusing on cloud migrations to Azure, governance, and building BI capabilities with Power BI. Hybrid work with on-site 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud computing with Azure leading migrations and deployments.
• Proficient with Azure services: Synapse, Data Factory, Storage, Identity, DevOps.
• Experience with Fabric workloads and Data Warehouse/Lakehouse.
• Experience in data governance and security.
• Experience in .Net on Azure.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering and BI solutions on Microsoft Fabric.
• Define standards and governance across data platforms.
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines, AI solutions, and BI integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into scalable Fabric solutions.
• Lead a small team and mentor engineers; ensure security, compliance, and performance.
• Drive best practices for monitoring, reliability, and observability at scale.
