Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance Strategy and Implementation across R&D, ensuring policy and regulatory alignment.
• Deliver Analytic Reporting and Data Products with governance to enable strategic insights.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure data is trusted and ready for advanced analytics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing data and reporting team, driving culture and accountability.
