Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC (VERTEX) seeks experienced disputes and investigations professionals to support complex litigation, regulatory reviews, and advisory matters involving large datasets. You will work with attorneys, experts, and client stakeholders to develop defensible analyses and clear conclusions.

Healthcare payment and reimbursement experience is preferred. Strong communication and project management are essential in this senior role with a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field with 6–8 years (or 8+ with MS) of related experience.
• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, disputes, regulatory reviews, or forensic consulting.
• Excellent written communication for reports and complex analytics explanations.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience with healthcare payment, reimbursement, coding, or regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analyses of large datasets to support litigation and regulatory matters.
• Develop clear workpapers, reports, and client deliverables communicating findings.
• Support expert witness engagements, including data analysis and deposition support.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and clients to identify issues and develop analyses.
• Assist in healthcare reimbursement, claims, contracts, and regulatory reviews.
• Provide trusted quantitative guidance to clients and legal teams.
