Nouryon is seeking a Director, Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead enterprise D&A strategy execution, governance maturity, and program delivery across a global organization.
You will translate the data vision into actionable roadmaps, advise senior leadership, and drive capacity with business and technology partners from Radnor, PA. This is a permanent, full-time role with significant stakeholder interaction and budget responsibilities.

Lead and drive enterprise Data & Analytics (D&A) strategy execution, governance maturity, and program delivery across a global organization.
- Own and drive the execution of the D&A strategy — translating the organization's data vision into a
- Translates the company’s data vision into a sequenced, measurable program of work.
- Acts as senior advisor to the VP of D&A on priorities, investments, platform strategy, and capability needs.
- Leads annual and quarterly planning cycles with business and technology leadership.
- Defines and operates D&A KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Owns the enterprise D&A demand intake process, including templates, SLAs, and triage.
- Facilitates quarterly prioritization with senior business leaders and D&A teams.
- Maintains a live, executive-facing D&A roadmap with clear updates and visibility.
- Balances strategic projects with operational break/fix work.
- Aligns D&A work with CDIO processes and enterprise governance cycles.
- Leads the D&A governance maturity strategy, defining current/target states and a multi year roadmap.
- Consolidates governance artifacts into a unified enterprise framework covering policies, standards, ownership, quality SLA, and escalation processes
- Governs all Hub & Spoke D&A structures, including charters, rosters, and CoP organization.
- Facilitates Communities of Practice to drive alignment, capability building, and knowledge sharing.
- Acts as the primary escalation point for Digital Product leaders on governance and strategy topics.
- Designs and delivers a tiered enterprise data literacy program for all roles (exec, functional, analyst).
- Leads change management for major platform rollouts (Fabric, Foundry, Aera), including stakeholder management, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
- Owns D&A communications — intranet, SharePoint, campaigns, CoP updates, and executive reporting.
- Champions a data-driven culture and reinforces the strategic value of D&A across the company.
- Owns the full D&A budget (headcount, tooling, vendors, contractors) with accountability for budget vs. actuals.
- Leads annual planning and reforecasting, including investment cases and headcount requests.
- Maintains a capacity/resource management model to match supply to demand.
- Manages key vendor relationships, performance reviews, and value realization.
- Produces financial and resource reporting for leadership.
- Ensures all D&A work is tracked in ServiceNow with accurate statuses and SLA compliance.
- Builds executive ready Power BI dashboards showing portfolio health, backlog, velocity, and SLA performance.
- Produces ongoing program updates, executive summaries, and leadership/board reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related discipline
- Equivalent demonstrated expertise through professional experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree
- 10+ years in program, portfolio, or technology leadership roles with increasing responsibility
- Successful leadership of large-scale D&A, analytics, or enterprise technology initiatives
- Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders, resolve competing priorities, and influence across business and IT without direct authority
- Hands-on experience building or maturing D&A governance, including policies, standards, maturity models, and adoption programs
- Proven ability to manage departmental budgets, including headcount, vendors, investments, and annual planning/forecasting
- Experience leading process optimization initiatives, including current-state assessment, issue identification, workflow redesign, and sustained improvement
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, manage workstreams, resolve escalations, and deliver against timelines

- Strong track record leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or Kaizen methodologies
- Experience managing enterprise-level D&A demand intake and roadmap prioritization
- Leadership-level exposure to data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or Gartner
- Community of Practice (CoP) design
