Job summary

The Bank in Morristown, NJ seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to define and drive the enterprise security vision, architecture, and roadmap across applications, cloud, network, and data domains. You will translate cyber risk for executive leadership and the Board into clear business decisions while shaping secure, scalable solutions.

You will establish enterprise security standards, lead architectural reviews, and act as a trusted advisor in incidents, industry forums, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science
• Minimum 10 years of IT and information security experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of security architecture, threat modeling, and risk management
• Experience with cloud security (Azure and AWS) and securing cloud apps
• Understanding OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and adversarial ML risks

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the Bank's enterprise cyber security vision and architecture roadmap.
• Advise executive leadership translating cyber risk into business decisions.
• Establish security standards, reference designs, and scalable reuse across initiatives.
• Define risk thresholds and guide innovation and architectural reviews.
• Lead during cyber incidents and shape resilient operating models.
• Represent the Bank as a cyber thought leader and mentor senior talent.
