Rockstar Games in New York City seeks a Director of CX Self-Serve and Technical Operations to build and scale player support systems. This full-time, in-office role focuses on enhancing player experiences through self-service ecosystems and technical operations.

We are seeking a Director of CX Self-Serve and Technical Operations to build and scale the systems, tools, and self-service experiences that power best-in‑class player support across Rockstar’s portfolio of games.
This role owns both the player‑facing self‑service ecosystem and the technical and operational backbone of CX. You will ensure players can quickly resolve issues independently while enabling support teams to deliver fast, accurate, and high‑quality player support when needed.
This is a full‑time, in‑office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between $137,300 and $180,500 USD per year. The total compensation package may also include a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an "at‑will" position and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
