Key Responsibilities:
Leadership, Strategy, & Technical Roadmap Development
Set and drive the technical direction for the Data Enablement & Platforms team within Customer Experience Operations, with accountability for platform scalability, reliability, and compliant workflows across the enterprise.
Collaborate with the Data Enablement & Platforms CX Lead to create value-focused roadmaps, defined to launch and enhance the technical capabilities to deliver the team’s ambition.
Own budget and resource allocation, making investment decisions across capabilities and teams to maximize impact and long-term value.
Translate product roadmaps into scalable technology architectures and development plans while assessing feasibility, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
Ensure technical and product decisions support regulated content governance, aligning with security policies, data controls and medical, legal and regulatory processes.
Lead and develop Technical Leads, reinforcing clear decision rights, accountability, and performance expectations for:
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, capability development, and evolution of the operating model as capabilities mature.
Manage vendor partners, ensuring clear accountability, quality delivery and alignment to objectives.
Cross-Functional Technical Leadership
Act as the primary technical point of accountability for data master domains, partner with enterprise capability leads, architects, security, and data teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory expectations.
Work closely with tech leads, capability owners, development teams, and adjacent platform teams to coordinate roadmap dependencies, integrations, and architectural decisions across data master and management platforms and other downstream systems.
Represent the technical architecture, platforms, and delivery considerations of Data Enablement & Platform team in domain, cross‑team, and enterprise capability forums to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.
Lead resolution of cross-team issues affecting Data Enablement & Platform performance or adoption.
Collaborate with CX Data Tech Leads and Enterprise Data & AI Global Capability Owners to align on shared data infrastructure, integration standards, and AI/ML enablement – ensuring consistency across analytics platforms and driving coordinated delivery across Customer Analytics & Insights and Advanced Analytics & Optimization teams.
10-20% travel will be required.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $188,000.00 - $282,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz’s Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
