Job summary

Kyndryl in the United States is seeking a senior leader to manage strategic accounts, shaping long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders and translating global expertise into client value.

You will drive growth, own P&L, expand opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke solutions for major clients, while upholding Kyndryl's standards of integrity and client success.

What you will do

Drive Growth and Profitability

  • Be a strategic mastermind: Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to grow and retain Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.

  • Proactively expand scope: Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.

  • Maximize renewals: Focus on selling new offerings while minimizing erosion to ensure our largest accounts flourish.

  • Own the P&L: Take full charge of the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, integrity and account compliance.

Build Strategic Connections
  • Cultivate executive alliances: Create, maintain, and develop deep connections with top-level decision-makers.

  • Orchestrate the team: Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless management process from prospecting to closing.

  • Partner for scale: Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to join forces and conquer new deals.

  • Lead with industry expertise: Use your knowledge of external best practices to provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $175,080 to $343,920

Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560

New York City: $191,040 to $343,920

Conn./NJ: $159,240 to 343,920

Washington: $175,080 to $315,240

Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
