Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Director of Critical Care to oversee the Cardiac ICU, Medical ICU, Neuro ICU and Surgical ICU at Mount Carmel East, along with Intermediate Care Units and Respiratory Therapy/Rapid Response.

The role requires a BSN, active Ohio RN license, and a Master’s in Nursing or related field; prior ICU leadership is preferred. You will drive evidence-based practice and collaborate with physicians to deliver patient-centered, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• Prior ICU nursing or leadership experience preferred.
• Prior director and change management experience preferred.

What The Director Of Critical Care Will Need
