  • Manage carriers, managed-service providers and network contracts.
Cloud, Monitoring and Tooling
  • Own corporate cloud infrastructure standards and operating models for internal technology services, including cloud connectivity, landing zones, access, resilience and cost governance.

  • Partner with Information Security on segmentation, access control, logging and infrastructure-security requirements.
  • Ensure firewalls, infrastructure configurations and administrative access are securely governed, and support security investigations, audits and remediation.
Office and Data-Centre Site Infrastructure
  • Own infrastructure standards for offices, admin buildings and corporate spaces within data-centre locations.
  • Provide technical oversight for office openings, moves, expansions and fit-outs.
  • Work with Data Centre Operations to define support boundaries for corporate, production and operational technology networks.
  • Ensure local infrastructure is resilient, secure, supportable and aligned to global standards.
