Job summary

University of La Verne seeks a Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations to research, identify, and secure funding from corporations and foundations. The director will steward existing partnerships, collaborate with leadership and faculty, and obtain grants to support institutional priorities and programs.

The role includes grants management, reporting, and working with Government Relations to align with ULV’s mission and strategic vision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in higher education or equivalent public sector fundraising.
• Experience in securing funds from foundations and corporate or industry sources.
• Ability to collaborate to achieve departmental goals and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and secure new funding opportunities from corporations and foundations.
• Steward and maintain existing partnerships with university-related organizations.
• Coordinate with institutional leadership, faculty, and government relations to obtain grants.
• Manage grants and reporting; develop metrics to measure success.
