Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Director of Core Infrastructure Engineering to lead the Raw Metal Cloud GPU infrastructure organization. You will own strategy, architecture, execution, and operational health across services, partnering with hardware, networking, data-center operations, and product teams.

You will guide teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems, implement SLOs, improve fleet health, and ensure security and performance for high-demand workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale AI infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in distributed systems and reliability engineering.
• Ability to drive architecture across multiple teams and domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing engineering organization responsible for evolving RMC and delivering production-ready GPU infrastructure at scale.
• Own strategy, architecture, execution and health of critical infrastructure services.
• Collaborate across hardware, networking, data-center ops, platform engineering, security and product teams.
• Drive architectural alignment and measurable improvements in fleet health, performance and reliability.
