Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years total business or related experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Understanding of J&J System Design Lifecycle (SDLC) Management.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the management of specialized software vendors in a full lifecycle management approach.
• Collaborate with technology partners in incident management and defect management including escalation, metrics, and resource allocation.
• Partner with stakeholders including, but not limited to, internal business partners, upstream/downstream technology resources, finance, and external industry associates.
• Drive strong change management for in-scope system and tools.
• Collaborate with peers to stay current with process trends and leading practices to inform strategic direction.
• Lead multiple sub-teams focused on different sectors, countries, or areas of focus.
• Collaborate with other enterprise projects that may influence contracting solutions, processes, and systems.
• Lead market scans and evaluation of industry best-practices for Contracting and Revenue management systems.
• Participate in events and engagement to shape future roadmap solutions for the industry.
• Create resource goals & objectives and hold individuals accountable for execution.
• As needed, make personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance, and termination.
• Manage team/personnel budget as well as other financial tracking/reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
• Lead effectively through times of crisis and ambiguity.
