Fitch Group’s Global Business Services team is currently seeking a Director, Contingent Worker Office based out of our New York or Chicago location.
Reporting to the Head of Global Business Services, you will also work closely with the CHRO, CIO, CTO, CFO and multiple stakeholders to bring value to the firm. The Director of Contingent Worker Office (CWO) will drive strategic value in Workforce Management through effective management and oversight of the end-to-end lifecycle of non-employees globally. This includes, but not limited to, the Vendor Management System (Beeline) and Managed Service Providers if applicable, partnerships with senior business leaders and budget owners throughout Fitch, and optimization of our supplier pool. The supporting team's aligned efforts will contribute to achieving these goals, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach to external workforce management. The successful candidate will have professional skills and experience in Contingent Workforce Management, Project Management, VMS tools, Managed Service Providers (MSP), Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, and Category Management, with a proven track record of process improvements.
Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at identifying, understanding, and fulfilling their contingent staffing needs.

FOR NEW YORK and CHICAGO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $180,000 and $220,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
