Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience after degree.
• 5+ years leading a large engineering team at scale.
• Experience with ML, AI, and ranking systems.

Responsibilities

• Support cross‑functional executives and manage distributed teams across multiple offices.
• Set multi‑year ML strategy for recommendation, content understanding, and ranking.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Content ML teams nationwide and drive roadmap.
• Collaborate with Execs, Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver quality.
• Influence architecture decisions for scalable, reliable, and cost‑effective systems.
• Mentor senior ICs, managers, and directors to achieve impact.
• Iterate quickly while raising operational excellence.
