Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director to lead strategy and execution for its global compliance data analytics program. You will manage the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team and collaborate with senior partners to design AI-driven risk detection and insights.

The Regulatory Affairs & Compliance team within Cisco’s Legal department is comprised of lawyers, program managers, operational specialists, engineers, and subject matter experts focused on topics including compliance and ethics (anti-bribery and anti-corruption), global trade, cybersecurity, telecom, environmental sustainability, and various other regulatory practice areas and programs. We partner with colleagues in Legal and functional teams across the company to drive compliance and impact.
This team is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Director to lead strategy and execution at scale for Cisco's global compliance data analytics program, ensuring transformation of data into actionable insights that identify, mitigate, and monitor legal and regulatory risks as aligned with business objectives, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
You will serve as direct manager for the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team.
You will collaborate with senior partners to design and test an AI-native compliance program and work with the development team to integrate data sources and operationalize the program.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience at the intersection of compliance-by-design and the scale of data and oversees high-value technical infrastructure that helps companies navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes at scale.
You will proactively develop and execute multi-year roadmaps for compliance data analytics strategy and model maturity that delivers proactive and AI/ML-enabled risk detection and insights.
You will oversee the team responsible for development of automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk compliance, ethics, and regulatory focus areas and serve as a visible leader for influencing data-centric culture to inform business and compliance decisions and responses.
You are a strong strategic leader with exceptional skills and an established track record of building early warning systems for compliance risks, and designing and delivering high-impact compliance program data-backed insights at the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Board levels.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $220,900.00 to $291,500.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
