Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Director/Senior Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for community-focused prevention programs addressing childhood obesity, injury, illness, and mental health. Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in program development, implementation and management.
• Five+ years of successful people management experience including supervising, coaching, and developing teams.
• MBA or MPH preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational vision into a coordinated prevention strategy with goals and milestones.
• Directly supervise and develop teams across four prevention focus areas.
• Oversee program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement with stakeholder input.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen, innovate, expand or discontinue initiatives.
• Build partnerships with schools, community orgs, public health agencies, healthcare partners, and others.
• Align internal partners around shared objectives.
• Establish and monitor program scorecards using data and feedback to drive performance.
• Develop, oversee, and manage operating and grant budgets and staffing plans.
• Collaborate with Foundation on grants, proposals, reporting, and stewardship.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
