Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership, oversight, and standardization of clinical research activities across Department of Medicine CTUs and divisional programs.
• Leads implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of departmental operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Oversees study feasibility, startup, enrollment performance, regulatory compliance, and workforce planning for clinical research.
