Job summary

Headway in the United States is seeking a senior clinician-product leader to drive clinical strategy for payer and outcomes initiatives, embedding behavioral health expertise into the product roadmap.

You will partner with product, engineering and data teams to translate clinical workflows into actionable requirements for tools used by 80,000+ clinicians, and you will represent Headway's clinical approach externally with payers and health systems at conferences and meetings.
