• 1-3 years of experience advising executive leadership and participating in organizational governance structures.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for refining the enterprise-wide strategic vision for regulatory initiatives and leading a high-performing team of specialists to achieve corporate compliance and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in federal healthcare data requirements, strong knowledge of emerging industry standards, and demonstrated experience establishing rigorous data validation and audit-readiness controls. Experience with Cerner Millennium and Athena is a plus

The Director of Clinical Informatics provides strategic and operational leadership for one or more Clinical Informatics portfolios at the enterprise level. This role is accountable for portfolio outcomes, resource strategy, and alignment with organizational priorities across safety, quality, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Director leads Managers, oversees multiple concurrent initiatives, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior clinical and operational leaders.
