Job summary

Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative (QLHC) seeks a Director, Collaborations to lead and expand external partnerships for clinical trial programs. This role focuses on connecting pharmaceutical partners with investigators, coordinating across finance, legal, clinical operations, and regulatory teams, and driving program success.

The contractor role requires strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and effective communication to facilitate multi-party collaborations and timely contract

Qualifications

• MS, PhD, or MD in a relevant scientific field (e.g. oncology, molecular biology).
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals or clinical diagnostics.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, and basic clinical or translational research.
• Experience in drug development, including oncology biomarker knowledge.
• Outstanding presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage partners’ clinical trial needs and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain external partnerships with pharma and clinician scientists.
• Educate and build relationships to support clinical trial programs.
• Develop protocols and protocol amendments for FDA/IRB submissions.
• Drive collaboration objectives and negotiate contracts under tight timelines.
