Qualifikationen

• BA/BS or ministry training preferred.
• Previous children's ministry experience required.
• Ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteers.
• Proficiency with church management tools.

Aufgaben

• Direct development, planning, coordination, operation, and evaluation of a biblically based children's ministry for birth to 5th grade.
• Develop gospel-centered discipleship strategies with families.
• Collaborate with elders, staff, and volunteers to provide teaching, music, and recreation for children.
• Recruit, train, supervise children's life group teachers and volunteers.
• Coordinate safety training for staff and volunteers.
• Oversee major activities like Vacation Bible School and Fall Festival.
• Assist with the Adventure Club program and Children's Choir coordination.
• Review, select, and order curriculum; manage inventory and budgeting.
• Submit ministry highlights for weekly newsletter and family meetings.
• Attend regular staff meetings.
