BMCHS is seeking a Director of Care Management, a registered nurse leader responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating daily clinical activities of Care Management and Social Work Discharge Planners.
The role requires a Master's degree in Nursing or Business, a Massachusetts nursing license by start date, and at least six years of clinical experience with two years in leadership. Strong leadership and cost-management skills are essential.
The Director of Care Management is a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills who assumes responsibility and accountability for the planning, organizing, development and coordination of the daily clinical activities of the Care Management staff and Social Work Discharge Planners. Provides administrative and regulatory details and support to the Care Management staff in an effort to accomplish the department's goals and mission.

Master's degree in Business or Nursing and 6 years of clinical experience, 2 years of which must be in leadership; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$118,500.00- $172,000.00 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
