Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Health Florence Medical Center is seeking an experienced Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead our cardiovascular team and shape the future of patient care.

The role oversees cardiac catheterization laboratories, electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitation, non-invasive cardiology and vascular services, ensuring excellence in care, compliance and operational efficiency.

Job Description

The Director of Cardiovascular Services provides leadership and direction for all cardiovascular programs and departments, including cardiac catheterization laboratories, electrophysiology services, cardiac rehabilitation, non-invasive cardiology, vascular services, and related specialty programs. The director ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, staff development, and achievement of organizational goals.

Additional Job Description

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in area of responsibility. 1 to 3 years leadership experience preferred.
