Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director of Candidate Experience to lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S. experienced hires, partnering with executives to shape talent strategy and improve the candidate journey.

Reporting to the VP, Candidate Experience, you will drive workforce insights and market analytics to influence enterprise decisions. You will manage a team across recruiting operations, sourcing, branding, and talent intelligence, ensuring inclusive hiring and strong candidate engagement in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in talent acquisition, including experience running full-cycle recruiting at scale across multiple functions.
• People leadership experience managing recruiting managers / senior recruiters
• Experience in a large, matrixed enterprise; pharma/biotech experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting operations/reporting tools.
• Excellent knowledge of OFCCP and other U.S. hiring regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting delivery for all U.S. experienced-hire roles across functions and business units.
• Set standards for time-to-fill, and quality of hire, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Grow and develop U.S. recruiting organization; build capabilities across executive recruiting, strategic sourcing, employer branding, recruiting operations, and talent intelligence.
