Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business development, sales, or consulting experience in relevant industries.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in high-growth settings for 5+ years.
• Strong understanding of PMO services and tools.
• Proven track record of meeting business development targets and supporting market expansion.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Business Development Manager - PMO to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will drive growth for project management office services by building market presence, developing opportunities, and strengthening client partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine business development leadership with a strong understanding of PMO services to support profitable expansion in targeted sectors. You will work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to shape proposals, evaluate opportunities, and advance the company's growth strategy.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
