23andMe is looking for a Director, Business Development and Strategy. In this role, you will lead the effort to initiate and grow partnerships that bring the value of 23andMe’s proprietary predictive intelligence to the clinical setting. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with modern B2B2C partners (such as wellness hubs, longevity clinics, and specialized healthtech platforms), healthcare systems, and employers, to integrate our genomic insights into their clinical care stacks.

23andMe takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for a candidate based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
San Francisco Bay Area Base Pay Range: $230,000 – $280,000
