The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to help drive new revenue and expand our client base. This is a 100% remote, commission-only role—ideal for professionals with a strong network and a proven track record in generating high-value business in the aerospace, aviation, or defense industries.

What You’ll Do
• Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities in the aerospace and aviation sectors
• Leverage your network to build relationships with key decision-makers at airlines, OEMs, MROs, and government agencies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
• Represent our brand at industry events, online or in person, and be a key driver of our market growth
• Deliver measurable revenue results tied directly to your contributions

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in aerospace, aviation, or logistics
