We're looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to be the owner and guardian of our brand—how it looks, sounds, and shows up everywhere from a company deck to a 30‑second commercial to a piece of swag. This person will lead a full brand refresh, bringing coherence to our logo, visual identity, messaging, and tone across every touchpoint in the company, and then hold that line going forward.
This is a hybrid brand‑marketing and brand‑creative role. You'll set strategy and messaging pillars, manage our in‑house creative team and outside agencies to bring campaigns to life, and take direct ownership of anything that requires a message—including commercials and other brand advertising. You'll also set the brand mandate for how we show up in social and organic channels, working closely with the team that runs day‑to‑day social execution.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $160,000‑$240,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
