Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychiatry or Behavioral Health.
• Advanced nursing practice is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience.
• Current DEA certificate without restriction.
• Current Delaware Controlled Substance Certificate.
• Experience working with multicultural, diverse patient population.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages Behavioral Health team in treatment of mental disorders and psychosocial issues.
• Provides vision and leadership for the mental health team under direction from the CEO/CFO.
• Assists staff in developing policies, procedures and protocols for the mental health team.
• Oversees clinical services provided by staff including LCSWs and Behavioral Health Nurses.
• Integrates mental health services with LRHC’s primary care services.
• Collaborates with psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians and community resources to resolve issues.
• Coordinates team meetings and participates in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
• Evaluates mental health program effectiveness and integration annually.
