Director, Automation and Enablement | United States | Remote
Pax8 is hiring a Director, Automation and Enablement in the United States to shape how automation, technology, and smarter workflows create capacity, improve productivity, and help our Americas business scale.
Build something that will change how work gets done
This is a rare opportunity to lead in genuinely greenfield space.
You’ll help decide where automation can make the biggest difference across the Americas. Rather than chasing technology for technology’s sake, you’ll start with real business problems, understand how people work today, and determine whether automation, artificial intelligence, process redesign, or another solution can make that work better.
You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, prioritize where we invest, and influence senior leaders on how Pax8 scales. And as our technology evolves, you and your team will grow alongside it, helping define what great automation and enablement look like at Pax8.
We believe technology is most valuable when it makes work meaningfully better for people. This role sits right at that intersection, connecting technology, operations, product thinking, and the people ultimately using what we build.
Get a feel for Pax8 and our culture and explore the latest from our US Newsroom.
The goal is bigger than simply automating tasks.
Early success will mean understanding where the greatest opportunities sit, earning the trust of key stakeholders, delivering tangible quick wins, and establishing a repeatable model that can scale.
As the function grows, the work you lead in the Americas can also help influence how automation and Workflow Engineering evolve across Pax8 globally.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, product ownership, Agile delivery, change management, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, or similar disciplines can be valuable, but we care most about what you have actually built, improved, and enabled.
Salary: $175,000 - $200,000/yr
