Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, QC Automation to own the deployment and lifecycle of Automated QC (AQC) capabilities across the Cell Therapy manufacturing network. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with ADA and AS&T, and ensure AQC systems are deployed on schedule and in control.

In this role you will drive system requirements, vendor management, performance validation, regulatory readiness, and governance reporting across multiple sites in the US, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cGMPs and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience with automated lab or analytical technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap and lifecycle for AQC equipment and software.
• Lead deployment of AQC systems across network nodes and coordinate priorities.
• Partner with ADA/AS&T to define system requirements and validate performance.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and reporting across sites.
• Identify deployment risks and drive mitigations.
