Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, QC Automation to own the deployment and lifecycle of Automated QC capabilities across the Cell Therapy manufacturing network. You will coordinate priorities with ADA, AS&T, and receiving sites to ensure reliable, on-time deployment and state-of-control systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory readiness while developing the team supporting AQC deployment and sustaining operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in regulated pharma/biotech environments.
• 5+ years leading technology deployment, automation, or tech transfer projects.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap and lifecycle for AQC equipment and software.
• Lead deployment of AQC systems across network nodes.
• Define system requirements with ADA and AS&T; validate performance.
• Represent AQC strategy in technical and governance forums.
• Identify risks to deployment timelines and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure AQC systems meet cGMP requirements.
• Support regulatory filings as needed.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the deployment and sustaining team.
