Oversee email marketing strategy and execution, including audience segmentation, messaging, creative development, list management, scheduling, testing, deliverability, and performance analysis. Lead paid digital marketing initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn, Google, and telemarketing, optimizing investment, targeting, reach, conversion, and cost per acquisition. Analyze campaign and pipeline performance using data and analytics tools; translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve ROI, conversion rates, attendance, and revenue. Collaborate with internal teams on social media, newsletters, content, promotional strategies, and executive outreach to expand reach and engagement. Set, manage, and exceed audience, pipeline, registration, attendance, and revenue targets while effectively managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend. Lead project planning and workflow across concurrent events and campaigns, ensuring deadlines, priorities, resources, and performance expectations are clearly managed.

Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to assess marketing and pipeline performance, forecast results, manage budgets, and optimize investment. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and collaborate effectively across functions.
