Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in the gaming and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance fields, with prior supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating enterprise-wide compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (state, federal, international).

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate enterprise-wide AML compliance activities.
• Monitor and standardize compliance functions across the company.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Oversee Title 26 audit and filing.
• Oversee Third-Party Policy and program.
• Oversee AML technology, analytics, and training.
• Lead, develop and mentor department staff.
• Ensure AML and OFAC programs at property level.
