Job summary

Human Ventures, LLC. in New York is seeking a Director of AML/BSA Compliance to enhance and oversee its compliance program. This senior leadership position focuses on driving AML/BSA compliance across all product lines, working closely with the executive team and various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in AML/BSA programs, exceptional leadership skills, and experience in consumer fintech. A competitive salary range of $200,000 to $260,000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and overseeing BSA/AML/OFAC programs, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Previous experience as a senior AML/BSA leader or designated AML/BSA Officer.
• Deep knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and the USA PATRIOT Act.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enhancements to Current’s AML/BSA compliance program including policies and procedures.
• Lead a team of AML/BSA experts focused on compliance.
• Advise on product development in line with changing regulations.
