Job summary
The City of Philadelphia seeks a Director of Airline Affairs to serve as the primary liaison between the Department of Aviation and airline partners at Philadelphia International Airport. You will manage airline relationships, ensure ULA compliance, and support negotiations for future agreements aligned with the Master Plan.
The role requires strong relationship management, legal understanding, and financial acumen to structure win-win agreements that support growth in air service and airport
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, marketing, aviation management, supply chain mgmt or related field.
- Experience with airline leases, contracts, and real estate is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead the relationship with airline partners and manage AIR/ULA compliance.
- Negotiate lease terms and support Master Plan-related agreements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations and Properties teams.
