Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will lead cross-functional analytics, shape strategic priorities for the US Product Squad, and ensure measurable business value through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive pharma/healthcare market intelligence experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare environment.
• Proven strategic advisor to senior leaders.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical blueprints.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives from framing to deployment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony data sources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner and analytical architect for the Product Squad.
• Translate business questions into analytical blueprints defining evidence, data, methods, KPIs.
• Architect and deliver analytics across the DI operating model end-to-end.
• Validate approaches and embed insights into workflows.
• Monitor quality, performance, and usage to drive improvements.
• Co-own product design and data requirements with DI teams.
• Promote reuse of analytical capabilities and decision products.
