Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Director of AI & Emerging Technology Risk to lead strategic risk initiatives across client delivery, presales, and advisory services. You will guide governance, security, privacy, and model risk management for GenAI/ML initiatives, shaping go-to-market strategy and executive stakeholder engagements.

You will oversee architecture, SDLC/MLOps considerations, and cross-functional teams to ensure production-ready, auditable solutions while driving revenue through risk-aware

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8–10+ years leading technology risk and/or AI engineering delivery in consulting or industry, including ownership of large client programs.
• Job relevant certification (e.g., Azure, AWS, AI certifications).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI risk engagements from strategy to implementation with delivery plans and stakeholder management.
• Design and operate AI/technology risk frameworks aligned to the AI/ML lifecycle.
• Present risk posture and control maturity to boards with clear metrics and audit-ready documentation.
• Architect AI-enabled solutions with secure-by-design, scalable architectures.
• Drive business development by shaping pursuits and guiding pricing and delivery.
