Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. in the United States (Chicago area) seeks a Director of Product Management for Content Strategy & AI Readiness to shape AI-enabled clinical content and decision support.

You will define strategy, governance, and roadmaps across content standards, taxonomy, and metadata, partnering with Editorial, Clinical, Engineering, and AI teams to translate needs into scalable product requirements and workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, content product, platform product, editorial strategy, or related areas.
• Strong ability to set product strategy and influence executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of content quality, editorial workflows, structured content, metadata, taxonomy, or knowledge systems.

Responsibilities

• Define content product strategy to support AI-enabled clinical decision support experiences.
• Establish roadmaps for content readiness, search, retrieval, and AI answer generation.
• Translate editorial needs and AI-readiness requirements into scalable product priorities and platform requirements.
• Lead evolution of content rubrics and standards in collaboration with clinical, editorial, product, and AI teams.
