This is a product leadership role: you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered applications that go into the hands of field and headquarters teams, driving decisions that affect patients and brands at scale.
The Director, AI Product Development is part of the AI for Commercial (AIC) team within the newly founded Enterprise AI organization. You will lead the design, build, launch, and adoption of GenAI and ML-powered products that serve Global and US functions including commercial, medical, market access, and patient programs. You define the roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and are accountable for measured business impact.
