Job summary

Meta invites a seasoned Product Management leader to own the end-to-end strategy for AI Platforms and Infrastructure in Menlo Park, CA. You will guide how engineers train, serve, and iterate on recommendation models while improving developer experience across Facebook, Instagram and Monetization.

You will build and lead a PM team, align infrastructure priorities, and define metrics showing faster ML delivery and more reliable launches. Competitive compensation includes bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• 12+ years of experience collaborating with engineering, design and user research teams.
• 8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior ICs.
• Strong written and verbal communication—ability to distill complex topics for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for Meta's recommendation systems infrastructure across model authoring, training, inference, and developer experience.
• Define how ML engineers in Monetization, Instagram, and Facebook build, train, and ship models to improve quality and velocity.
• Drive productivity by removing friction in ML workflows with developer-facing tooling.
• Build and lead a PM team with clear charters across the ML stack.
• Sequence investments across a broad portfolio to balance near-term pain points with foundational bets.
