NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Nemotron Product Manager for Model Risk to shape risk management across model evaluations, guardrails and post-training mitigations. You will partner with research and engineering to define requirements, roadmaps, and market positioning, and to bring safety-focused products to market.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical field (or equivalent experience).
• MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of technical product management or similar experience at a technology company.
• 6+ years direct people management experience.
• Passion for delivering software, libraries and SDKs.
• Proven track record of teamwork across teams, customers, and partners.
• Outstanding interpersonal and public communication skills with the ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Background with Large Language Models and evaluating data, training or fine-tuning to improve capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise AI safety, responsible AI, or model risk management.

Responsabilités

• Define requirements for model evaluations and mitigations, such as post-training improvements and guardrails.
• Publish and guide the community on best practices for identifying and mitigating open model risks.
• Collect insights and build market analysis to enable entry or changes in new markets with a clear value proposition.
• Understand developers, partners, and competitors through market intelligence.
• Collaborate with engineering to promote customer needs by setting feature priorities across roadmaps.
• Work with customers, build surveys, present at conferences, and supervise product quality and critical bugs.
