Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Release Execution operations across cloud, mainframe, and distributed environments.
- Drive modernization of release practices with AI-driven insights and automated validation.
- Partner with engineering, cloud, security, and risk teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Define release governance strategies balancing speed, risk, and compliance.
- Establish KPIs to improve deployment success and developer productivity.
- Lead AI-enabled Release Management strategy and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation.
- Oversee audit readiness and evidence collection for internal/external audits.
